A bit more about me…
Hi, I’m Bea.
I’m a seasoned Executive & Leadership Coach (ICF PCC) with over 20 years of experience leading teams and scaling strategic initiatives inside a Fortune 50 company.
As a former leader in Intel Corporation's business and learning ecosystems, I built high-performing teams and managed multimillion-dollar projects that advanced both operational goals and people growth. One of my proudest career moments was helping Intel earn the 2022 ICF International Prism Award for successfully integrating coaching into its culture.
My sweet spot?
Bridging business strategy with human development to help leaders and organizations navigate uncertainty with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. I bring a rare blend of operational acumen, global leadership experience, and deep coaching expertise—partnering with executives in a way that’s both strategically grounded and personally meaningful.
I take a head–heart–gut approach to everything I do—integrating emotional intelligence, psychometric tools, and somatic methods. Whether I’m coaching leaders through pivotal transitions or helping teams shift culture from the inside out, my work is grounded, intuitive, and results-oriented.
Having lived and worked across Europe and North America, I bring a global perspective to my coaching. I’m fluent in English and German and conversational in Spanish, which helps me build rapport and navigate diverse cultural and organizational dynamics quickly.
As a facilitator, I specialize in designing and delivering cohort coaching programs that deepen collaboration, enhance communication, and strengthen team culture.
I believe change starts with self-awareness, deepens through presence, and becomes real through insight and intentional action. In today’s complex world, these aren’t soft skills—they’re essential, and I’d even say critical, leadership capabilities that drive real, lasting impact.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me swimming, hiking, dancing salsa or capturing the world through my camera lens. These practices keep me centered and energized—and I bring that same grounded, heartfelt presence into my work with clients.
And yes, my name is pronounced “Baeya” (not “Bee”)—a little detail that tends to stick with people.
Fun fact: I can write with both hands in different directions at the same time.
