10 coaching sessions over 6 months
Sessions held via Zoom or in-person every other week (55 mins each)
Your choice of an Enneagram assessment, a 360-feedback process, or both—depending on your goals
One dedicated debrief session (in addition to the 10 coaching sessions)
Unlimited text or email support between sessions

Cohort-based Leadership Coaching
Grow in real time—alongside peers who get it.
These small-group coaching experiences offer a high-trust space to reflect, reframe, and lead with more clarity and confidence.
Each participant identifies a current leadership goal, challenge or growth edge to focus on throughout the program.
You’ll receive live coaching from an ICF-certified executive coach, plus peer insight, shared, learning, and real-world application—all in a structured, supportive format.
Two tracks are available. Each track is tailored to meet the needs of different leadership levels:
One designed for mid-level leaders and emerging executives
One for senior leaders leading at scale
Across both, you’ll strengthen core leadership capabilities like communication, emotional intelligence, and executive presence—while building meaningful relationships and expanding your leadership range across functions, teams, and stakeholders.
How it works
7 sessions with a curated peer group of 6–8 managers and leaders
Sessions held every other week, 90 minutes each
Each session includes live group coaching, peer feedback, and real-time problem-solving on current leadership challenges
Optional support: Reflection prompts or light fieldwork between sessions to deepen learning and application

We offer flexible, tiered pricing based on leadership level and group composition.
Many participants use professional development funds from their organization to cover the cost.

Team Coaching
